Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?

Additional custom duties charges might be applied in respective countries with strict custom rules like UK/EU/ South American. If the packages were rejected because of this, we will refund back the product minus the shipping costs.

Can I refund my item back?

No problem, no worries! If you are not satisfied with your item purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it back and we will offer full refund back to you. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If you get damaged item in transit, rest assured. It is easy to resolve, contact us immediately and don’t forget to send several photo shots of the damaged item to us. We will refund or replace your item back. 

Why is my phone number important?

It is the requirement formality from the shipping company. We take pride in protecting our customer’s privacy and we will never call you directly or share your information to others apart from shipping purposes.

No problem! However, it will be advisable to contact us immediately as we ship your order within two business days after payment.
